Fab Battery and Camera All-in-One with the Asus Zenfone 3 Max

Lately, I have been working on changing my travel kit and switching to devices which are easy to handle, fast, smaller and robust. The first decision I made was to switch my DSLR to a mirror-less and second important device is mobile phone. Honestly, carrying so many equipment on a travel is a challenge itself and you are constantly creating content and posting it on the go. Gone are days, when people used to take picture from DSLR, process them on computer and then post on the social media! Everything is LIVE now! From Facebook to Snap-chat to Instagram stories.

To keep yourself ahead of game, you need to be smart, in terms of having an easy to handle camera phone with good battery life and a fast processor! And a person like me, who is a serial phone breaker; I am more happy with a mid-range phone than spending a fortune on a single device. Lately, I have switched from Iphone to android after a long time while using ASUS Zenfone Max 3 and I was genuinely surprised with the phone, its camera with a big battery, big display and premium looks. It also has a 16-megapixel camera has an aperture of f/2.0 and aspect ratio of 16:9.

The ZenFone 3 Max’s display glass has what is known as a 2.5D contoured edges. Thus every smoothly rounded edges are a result of a highly precise manufacturing technique. The sharpness and clarity of icons speaks volume about the technology.

ZenFone 3 Max comes with a 4100 mAh battery that provides up to 20 hours of talk time, or up to 18 hours of Wi-Fi web browsing and allow me to take pictures all day long without carrying a power bank. So I am happy to get rid of  an additional device to carry from my camera bag.

The camera interface is quite user-friendly. All the options, modes and settings are highlighted on the side panel and can be easily accessed anytime. And that make me quick enough not to miss any shots.  ZenFone 3 Max’s 13MP camera that captures astounding picture with sharp colours specially in natural light, I took Zenfone on two trips with me so far  to Calcutta and Delhi. I am already impressed with its performance in the natural light. I didn’t have to tweak the photos or do any sort of post-processing. Some of this pictures are also shot early morning and in the evening; and it looks as atmospheric as they were in real.

Below pictures were shot in bright sun-light and the colors look so crisp.

The low light mode is meant for really dark environment and I managed to click some pictures from pretty far and they weren’t bad at all. The biggest moment of joy was to capture the light trails without using any bulky DSLR and tripod

The 5 MP camera is great for selfies and video recording. I couldn’t help myself but to try the beautification mode, which was brilliantly sharp and flaw-less.  It was great to have ready to post selfies  to share my boating experience in Hubli with the audeince. yes, no post processing required!

And most importantly ASUS Zenfone 3 Max comes with 32 GB internal storage memory and can be expanded to 128GB using the microSD card. I often worry about running out of my camera memory cards or phone memory. Well, I can’t ask for more to store all my pictures and videos. So, I wouldn’t be wrong to say that this is the best ‘All in one’ phone I have come across lately which makes it a perfect travel companion.

Did you get the chance to use Asus Zenfone 3 Max lately? I would like to know your view about this stunning phone.
